Ji'ai Bookstore “BookLove Hub” is a charity project under the Qingdao Red Cross Rose Fund which established in July 2011. Since its inception, it has donated over 300,000 books to hundreds of rural primary schools in Gansu, Qinghai, Yunnan, Shandong, and Guizhou etc. These books are mainly idle books collected from urban families which cover a variety of subjects including science, literature, cartoon books, and biographies and are suitable for primary and secondary school children to read. The purpose of this project is by gathering the public love to circulate idle books, and support the educational development of rural primary schools in China.
Hope Project Yinfung Xiajin Hope Primary School was funded with a donation of RMB200,000 by Shandong Yinfung Home Textiles Co., LTD. The school project was initiated by the Shandong Youth Development Foundation, with the groundbreaking ceremony held on 20th August 2006, and was completed on 30th December 2006. The school occupies an area of 5,650 square meters and has a total construction area of 463.06 square meters.
